1. Who We Are
Artists of Washington (http://www.artistsofwashington.com) is operated by Artists of Washington, Bakersfield, CA, USA. For any privacy questions, contact us at contact [at] artistsofwashington [dot] com. We are the "data controller" for the limited information described below.
2. What We Collect
This website does not use analytics software, does not run tracking scripts, and does not have comments, forms, or user accounts. We do not automatically collect or store any personal data about visitors browsing this site.
The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us directly by email. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry, and we keep it only as long as needed to do so (typically no longer than 24 months), after which it is deleted.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on a small number of third-party services. These third parties may process data under their own privacy policies, which we don't control:
- PayPal: If you make a purchase, transactions are processed entirely by PayPal. We never receive, see, or store your payment card or banking details. See PayPal's Privacy Statement.
4. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.
5. Your Rights (EU/UK/EEA Visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right, under the GDPR/UK GDPR, to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (in practice, this is limited to messages you've sent us); to object to or restrict our processing of it; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact [at] artistsofwashington [dot] com.
6. Your Rights (U.S. Visitors)
Some U.S. states give residents rights such as the right to know, delete, or correct personal information a business holds about them, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Artists of Washington does not sell or share personal information, and does not meet the revenue or data-volume thresholds that trigger most state privacy laws. As a courtesy, we will still honor reasonable requests regarding any information you've sent us directly.
7. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
9. Contact Us
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to contact [at] artistsofwashington [dot] com.
